How Magicway works:
Our initial aim is to understand the business
processes, the product and the target audience.
Once we have that knowledge we can offer a competitive
solution. We may set up a technical help desk
which allows us to rectify the majority of problems
remotely. We have our own inhouse build tools
like iLive Support and iHelpDesk.
Some of our clients like discreet technical support,
a seamless transition from them to us so the customer
believes they are dealing with the client. We
may adopt our clients technology or implement
our own.
